The Role

We are recruiting for a Water Hygiene / Legionella Technician to join a growing compliance team, with the opportunity to develop into a Remedial Plumber.

This is a field-based role covering Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, carrying out a mix of water hygiene and basic plumbing works in line with ACoP L8 standards.

Key Duties

* Water hygiene tasks including temperature monitoring, sampling, and system flushing

* TMV servicing and maintenance

* Tank cleans, disinfection, and chlorination works

* Basic plumbing and remedial works

* Cleaning and descaling outlets and showerheads

* Identifying risks and ensuring compliance with Legionella regulations

* Completing reports and liaising with clients

Requirements

* Experience in water hygiene / Legionella / plumbing / maintenance

* Ideally City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2+ in Plumbing

* Knowledge of TMVs, disinfection, or water systems

* Full UK driving licence

Ideal for someone looking to progress into remedial plumbing
