The Role

We our recruiting for our Client based on the outskirts of Newark for an experienced Production Operative who is looking for a new challenge within a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to become part of a team who thrives on efficiency, precision and teamwork.

Your role as Production Operative will include, but will not be limited to:

* Unloading and loading containers and trucks

* Operating a 5T overhead crane for moving and loading heavy materials

* Rearranging warehouse stock

* Assembling shelving unites

* General warehouse maintenance and yard duties

* Picking and packing

The Candidate

A suitable Production Operative candidate will have experience within logistics or a warehouse environment alongside being proficient in operating a variety of machinery.

Skills including the following would be desirable:

* Strong organisational skills

* Ability to work well in a team

* Proactive attitude

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Supervisory experience is a plus.

The Benefits

* Onsite Parking

* Monday to Friday working pattern (40 hours, 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, early finish on a Friday)

* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
