I'm working with a food manufacturer in Cambridgeshire who is looking for a new Supply Chain Manager across 2 sites. It's a great opportunity for you to make an influence on a huge company and manage a small team.

Your role will be to oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high service levels across all areas.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading Customer Service and administrative functions
Partnering with the commercial team to understand and deliver against customer requirements
Developing and aligning production plans to meet demand
Managing third-party warehousing and distribution partners
Overseeing transport and shipping operations
Procuring third-party products to support business needs
Maintaining accurate inventory control and stock management
Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and data accuracy
Collaborating cross-functionally as part of the S&OP process
Monitoring and improving overall service levelsWhat you will need:

Managing teams - proven people management skill and team development
Able to manage and prioritise workload
Supply chain management experience within a food manufacturing environment
Experience working with 3rd party logistics and warehousing suppliers
Experience in ERP systems
