This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to secure a long-term role within an ambitious and growing construction company specialising in new-build roofing and cladding projects.

As part of their ongoing expansion, they are now looking to recruit an Estimator to join their team.

In this role, you will be primarily home-based, with occasional visits to the Aylesbury office. You will be involved in a range of new-build roofing and cladding projects, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Estimator within building envelope projects, such as roofing, cladding, rainscreen systems, or façades. You will be comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Role:

Working on new-build building envelope projects
Producing take-offs, tenders, and cost estimates
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers
Remote-based role with occasional travel to the Aylesbury office
The Person:

Estimator with experience in building envelope systems - roofing, cladding, rainscreens, or façades
Comfortable working predominantly remotely
