What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen with confidence, ensuring smooth service, high standards and a positive, collaborative culture.
* Lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensuring smooth, organised and high‑quality service
* Prepare, cook and present dishes to company standards with consistency, flavour and food safety
* Support menu development, tastings, seasonal launches and collaboration with the Deli Team
* Coach and develop the kitchen team, supporting onboarding, training and strong FOH relationships
* Oversee stock control, ordering, portioning, waste reduction and cost awareness
* Maintain a clean, safe and compliant kitchen, supporting audits, allergen management and documentation
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive here if you bring skill, leadership and a passion for great produce.
* Experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Calm, organised service under pressure with great communication
* Strong understanding of food safety, allergens and modern kitchen practices
* A positive, team‑focused approach and high personal hygiene standards
* Seafood experience is a bonus — enthusiasm to learn is just as valuable
