Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Class 1 Night Trunk Drivers to join our team in the Leeds/Wakefield area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for ongoing, consistent work with immediate starts available.
This role involves depot-to-depot trunking work with no handball required, ensuring a straightforward and efficient working day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out depot-to-depot trunk runs
* Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods
* Complete all relevant paperwork accurately
* Adhere to all driving laws and regulations
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence (held for a minimum of 2 years)
* Maximum of 3 penalty points (no major endorsements)
* Valid CPC qualification
* Valid Digital Tachograph Card
* Experience with container work preferred
* Previous trunking experience preferred
* Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
