What We Offer
* Competitive base salary: £26,250
* Uncapped commission structure: Year 1 OTE: £35k–£45k, Year 2 OTE: £50k–£70k, Year 3 OTE: £100k+

What You’ll Do
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across European engineering, infrastructure and technology projects:
* Build and grow your own client portfolio through targeted business development
* Recruit freelance professionals across FMCG, CAPEX, OPEX, Battery & Telecoms projects
* Develop long‑term client and candidate relationships
* Become a subject‑matter expert within your niche market
* Manage negotiations, close deals, and generate commission from day one
* Build your personal brand via LinkedIn and digital marketing
