How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Learning and Development Officer

    Rochdale

    Circa £32,512

    Permanent, Full Time

    We are looking for passionate Learning and Development Officer to join our team!

    Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the Learning & Development Officer supports the delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development activity across RBH. This includes coordinating and delivering learning programmes, maintaining learning systems and supporting colleagues and people managers to access high-quality, timely, and relevant development opportunities.

    The focus of the role is on enabling the effective operation of the learning and development service, ensuring learning activity is well-coordinated, accessible, and aligned to organisational priorities. The postholder works closely with colleagues across the organisation and with external providers to support a positive and consistent learning experience for all RBH colleagues.

    What are we looking for?

    · Experience of learning facilitation and delivery.

    · Experience of supporting the design of learning and development activity or programmes within an organisation

    · Ability to produce clear guidance, communications, and supporting materials

    · An awareness of the process in developing and publishing e-learning

    · Knowledge and experience of learning administration processes and learning management systems (LMS)

    · Experience of coordinating training events, workshops, or

    · development programmes

    · Ability to maintain accurate records, data, and management information

    · Understanding (and ideally experience of undertaking) learning needs and knowledge of development principles

    · Confident user of digital systems, including HR or learning platforms and Microsoft Office tools
