Position: Care Assistant
Location: Buckingham
Salary: £13.08 per hour
Hours: Part-time (15, 22.5 & 30 hours per week)

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will:
Support with mealtimes, personal care and daily routines
Encourage participation in meaningful activities such as music and art
Assist with appointments, shopping and household tasks
Help organise outings and community involvement
Build positive, trusting relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues
Complete sleep-ins as part of your rotaAbout You
You are compassionate, enthusiastic and committed to helping others thrive. You communicate clearly, respect individuality and work well as part of a team. You are flexible with shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Care experience is helpful but not essential-full training is provided.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
