Creative Consultant (Senior Graphic Designer)

Location - Peterborough, UK (5 days onsite)
Payrate - £26 - £34 per hour
12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)

The Opportunity

We're currently hiring a Creative Consultant/Senior Graphic Designer to join a globally recognised engineering and manufacturing organisation, supporting high-impact marketing and creative initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer who wants to work on premium, large-scale creative projects while collaborating with international teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Own creative projects from concept through to final delivery
Design engaging visual content across digital and marketing channels
Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and project teams to bring ideas to life
Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
Contribute to creative direction and visual storytelling
Manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For

5-10 years of experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end creative work (essential)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience working with marketing or campaign teamsNice to Have

Experience in video, motion graphics, or multimedia design
