Precision Recruitment Group are looking for 2 experienced Steel Fixers to work on Staythorpe Power Station
* Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to form the required steel reinforcement
* Working to timelines and programme
* General steel fixing duties – 12m Cut &
* Measuring, cutting, and bending steel bars using power tools and machinery
* Installing and securing steel reinforcement according to specifications
* Ensuring alignment, spacing, and positioning of steel bars
About you:
* National Grid Persons – Essential
* CSCS Card or Certificate – Essential
* Right to Work in the UK
* Ability to read drawings and plans
* Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative whilst working unsupervised
* Good physical fitness and the ability to stand up for long periods of time
* Working references ideally from previous similar work
