BakerGroup are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Operative to join our client in LS15 .
Shifts:
Monday to Friday
09.00am – 5.00pm
£12.71ph - £13.50ph depending on experience
This role involves setting up and operating a variety of embroidery machines, to produce high-quality embroidered designs on garments.
Key responsibilities include
Setting machines
Monitoring production to maintain quality standards
Optimising machine uptime to support efficient workflow.
As the company continues to expand, maintaining precision and attention to detail is essential in this fast-paced production environment.
Skills Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced production setting
Experience in embroidery machine setup and operation
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as required
Previous embroidery experience is essential
Knowledge of various embroidery machines is highly beneficial
