What you'll be doing:
* Build relationships with new clients through cold calling and outreach
* Source and qualify top talent for highly skilled technical roles (Automation, Automotive, Renewables, Semiconductors)
* Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
* Become a specialist in your market and build your personal brand
* Drive business development and grow your own desk
* Every deal you close is directly rewarded with commission
