This position is working for a busy Plumbing & Electrical company within their customer support sector. Your main duties will involve dealing with inbound customer enquiries via telephone and e mail, booking engineers to attend jobs and carrying out associated general admin duties.
This is a Monday to Friday position. The standard hours are 8am to 5pm but they can be changed to 6am to 3pm or 10am to 7pm if required.
You will need strong customer service skills and need to be proficient with computer packages such as word and excel.
Ideally you will need your own transport to be able to commute to their office as public transport does not run there regularly.
