Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)
6:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm
Occasional 8:00am – 5:00pm shifts
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
About the Role
We are currently recruiting Production & Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing team in Rochdale. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in the production process, supporting the assembly, preparation, and finishing of products to high-quality standards.
This opportunity offers immediate starts, a clean and organised working environment, and the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and bond components in line with manufacturing specifications
Prepare materials, including sanding, finishing, and quality checking
Support production lines and team members to meet daily output targets
Carry out general factory and production duties as required
Adhere strictly to health & safety and quality procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or similar hands-on roles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work rotating shifts
