The Hours You’ll Work

* MTrec are currently recruiting for a manufacturing firm based in the Birtley area.
The Role
* Assisting in the manufacturing and production process
* Loading and unloading materials and products
* General labouring duties within the workshop area
* Operating basic machinery and equipment (training provided where necessary)
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Supporting other team members and departments as required
* Conducting basic quality checks on finished products
* Manual handling of goods and materials
The Person
* Good level of physical fitness (role involves manual labour and lifting)
* Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
* Awareness of health and safety practices
