HLTA Requirements:
Proven experience as a High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Hold a Cache/NVQ Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification or BA Hons Degree in Education Studies
Confident delivering interventions and covering whole-class learning
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
