7.5t Tramper Delivery Driver 
Location: Beccles, Suffolk 
Pay Rate: £14.00-£15.68per hour
The Client:
ARC is recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based in Beccles, a leading supplier whose products are delivered to customers across the UK. They require a dedicated, professional driver to manage their national deliveries.
The Role: National Delivery Driver (7.5t)
This is a dynamic, full-time driving role for an individual comfortable operating a range of vehicles and travelling extensively across Great Britain. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of specialist goods to various customer locations.
This is a full-time position offering a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Job Details
⦁ Vehicles: You will be driving a range of company vehicles, including 7.5-tonne lorries, company vans, and company cars.
⦁ Hours: Shifts start early, as early as 4:00 AM, aiming for an early afternoon finish time.
⦁ Schedule: Monday to Friday.
⦁ Travel: Expect to spend 2-3 nights out per week as you cover national routes across the UK
⦁ Expenses: All accommodation (hotels) and food expenses incurred during nights away are fully covered by the client.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Safely and efficiently operating 7.5t vehicles, vans, and cars as required for deliveries.
⦁ Making multi-drop deliveries to various customer locations across the UK.
⦁ Assisting with the safe manual loading and unloading of goods (some heavy lifting will be required).
⦁ Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
⦁ Adhering strictly to all EU Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
⦁ Providing a professional and courteous service as the company representative.
⦁ Accurately completing all necessary delivery and transport paperwork.
What we are looking for:
⦁ A valid 7.5t driving licence with a maximum of 9 penalty points.
⦁ A valid Driver Qualification Card (CPC) and Digital Tachograph Card.
⦁ Willingness to commit to 2-3 nights out per week (all expenses paid).
⦁ A high level of physical fitness as the role involves manual handling.
⦁ Excellent time management and navigational skills for national UK travel.
