We're looking for an experienced AutoCAD / GIS Mapping Specialist to join a busy property and planning team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality mapping services to support property management, infrastructure projects, and planning activities.

Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate and professional mapping outputs using GIS and CAD tools
Create legal mapping documentation to support property ownership and transactions
Analyse title documents and define property boundaries
Support property registration processes and liaise with relevant authorities
Maintain and manage spatial data and property records
Build, update, and analyse geospatial databases
Investigate and resolve boundary-related queries and disputes
Prepare drawings and mapping for planning applications and environmental reports
Support wider project teams with mapping and visual documentation
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, MapInfo, or similar GIS platforms
Ability to produce high-quality, accurate mapping outputs
Strong attention to detail and data accuracyDesirable:
Experience supporting property transactions through mapping
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
