About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Services Manager to lead the delivery of soft facilities services within a GMP-regulated environment where we also produce the food for staff on site.

This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on safety, cleaning, hygiene, compliance and people management/development, ensuring all services are delivered to audit-ready standards.You will be responsible for managing large teams, maintaining client relationships, and driving performance across all soft services on site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage cleaning, hygiene, and soft services operations in line with GMP and food safety standards
Ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, and audit requirements, maintaining a constant state of audit readiness
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships and service delivery expectations
Oversee budgets, labour, and consumables, with responsibility for P&L and cost control
Provide strong leadership and development of on-site teams, driving high performance and accountability
Manage audits, risk, and compliance documentation across the site
Identify and implement improvements to cleaning standards, efficiency, and service delivery
Innovate to demonstrate and bring value to customers and clients.About You

Proven experience in a senior soft services or cleaning leadership role within a GMP, food, or highly regulated environment
Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene management, GMP, and HACCP
Experience leading and developing teams in a high-compliance setting
Strong commercial awareness, including budget and P&L management
