This supportive school is looking for an enthusiastic SEN TA to start immediately. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on ensuring every pupil is supported to achieve their best both academically and personally.
The Role
As an SEN TA, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs. The successful SEN TA will help create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment where all children can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting individual learning programmes
Working one-to-one and in small groups
Adapting resources to meet varying needs
Encouraging independence and confidence
Working alongside teachers, parents, and external professionals
About You
The ideal SEN TA will be patient, caring, and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting children. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are key qualities for a successful SEN TA.
