Housekeeper

This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests or residents.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Carry out laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and communal areas as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude.
Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
Maintain an organised cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are attended to regularly.Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Experience in a hotel setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
