How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) - Secondary School - Newham - ASAP Start- £115 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

    ***Youth Worker Required for a Mainstream Secondary School in the borough of Newham

    ***Youth Worker required to work with students to provide behavioural and pastoral support

    ***Youth Worker required to have at least 1 years' experience with young people, ideally in a school setting

    ***Youth Worker must have strong behaviour management skills

    ***Youth Worker ideally be Team Teach/ Physical Intervention Trained

    The Role - Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) - Newham

    Our Client, A Mainstream secondary School are seeking for a passionate and well experienced Youth Worker to join their behavioural team ASAP. You will have the knowledge and experience of providing support to students that come from different walks of life. You will be required to provide 1:1, in class and outside class support to your students. You will be working closely with students with challenging behaviour and therefore will carry a good understanding of how to build a good rapport with your students. Team Teach or physical restraining training is desirable for this role.
