Our client, a well‑established and growing business based in Knowsley, is seeking a Trainee Sales Advisor to join their Head Office team. This is a warm sales role working exclusively with an existing customer base - no cold calling involved.
You'll receive structured support, ongoing training, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will:
Represent the company by promoting and selling products and services to existing customers via inbound and outbound calls and email
Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up on warm leads
Build strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service and commercial support
Prepare customer quotations, negotiate pricing, and identify customer needs
Open and manage new spending accounts
Work closely with internal teams to support business growth and achieve targetsWhat's on Offer
