Ongoing Project | Days-Based | FCSA Umbrella | Manufacturing Environment
We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Maintenance Engineer to support a key project within a busy production environment.
This is a critical role, where you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of automated machinery and production equipment. You will play a key part in ensuring minimal downtime and supporting the successful delivery of the project.
To be considered, you must be multi-skilled, with strong electrical competencies and relevant electrical qualifications. A solid understanding of mechanical systems is also essential.
This is a contract position for approximately six months, offering the opportunity to work on a high-impact project within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support my client with an engineering project.
* Machinery Installation.
* Electrical Installation.
* Pneumatic Installation.
* Pipe fitting.
* Welding.
* Fault diagnostics and repairs.
* Commissioning.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong electrical or mechanical background
* Multi skilled with proven fault finding and repair experience
* Experience in fast paced manufacturing, process or production environments
* Ideally apprentice trained, with formal qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Project Details:
* Start: ASAP
* Shift: Days
* IR35 Status: Inside IR35 – must be paid via an FCSA-accredited umbrella company
* Contract Type: Ongoing
