Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain and fault-find on fire alarm systems (conventional and addressable)
* Carry out small works installations, upgrades and system modifications
* Complete remedial works identified during servicing
* Ensure all works comply with relevant British Standards and industry regulations
* Accurately complete service reports and documentation
* Liaise with clients on-site and provide technical advice where required
* Support security system works where required (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms)
* Participate in call-out rota where applicable
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Good knowledge of BS 5839 and relevant fire industry standards
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Desirable (Advantageous)
* Experience with security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control)
* FIA qualifications or equivalent
* Experience with a variety of manufacturer panels
