My client, a highly respected care provider, is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their dedicated team. They specialise in providing high-quality dementia care within a safe and secure setting.

Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role:
* Excellent communication and written skills
* Previous experience as a senior care assistant, ideally in a care home setting
* NVQ3 or higher in Health & Social Care
* Medication Trained
Senior Care Assistant Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will take a key role in supporting residents, mentoring staff, and ensuring high standards of care and documentation are maintained at all times. Responsibilities include:
* Support residents with personal care, promoting dignity and independence
* Lead and supervise care staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
* Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, and families
* Administer medication and assist with care plans and risk assessments
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Maintain knowledge of CQC guidelines, safeguarding, and DoLS
