Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: £17.31 per hours

Full Time: 4 on 4 off, 7am- 7pm, 7pm- 7am (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

What You'll Do:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating machinery on the production line in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Maintaining comprehensive records and logs to ensure smooth operations and effective shift handovers.
Conducting regular quality checks to guarantee we are producing first-class products that meet our high standards.
Identifying and resolving basic faults in processes or machines within your area.
Reporting and escalating any concerns or issues to ensure continuous improvement.What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Experience in a factory or warehouse environment, preferably as a machine operator or in a similar capacity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues.
Competence in accurately recording data and using a computer for documentation.
