Due to continued investment and expansion , we are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join our friendly team in Basingstoke.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Follow all factory Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery, Engagement and Environmental procedures at all times.
Work safely and considerately as part of a small, supportive team.
Follow trained work instructions on the machine production line.
Highlight any deviations or issues to the Lead Operator promptly.
Monitor adherence to standards and ensure any breaches are resolved quickly and effectively.
Communicate clearly with the Lead Operator at all times.
Proactively plan and organize your time to meet delivery targets and minimize line downtime.
Support efficient execution of planned interruptions, ensuring production is restarted as quickly as possible.
What We're Looking For
A positive team player with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and standards accurately
Good communication skills
Reliability and attention to detail
Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
