Site Manager

We are working with a reputable and growing civil engineering contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Manager for their civils team in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business delivering a range of infrastructure projects, where you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery while developing your career.

As the Site Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
* Supervising site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity
* Supporting project planning, including short-term programming and resource allocation
* Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site
* Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management on programme, costs, and risks
* Assisting with the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and site documentation

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Previous experience in a similar role within civil engineering
* Strong knowledge of site operations, health & safety, and construction best practices
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
