Are you an experienced Operations Manager within the Waste or FM sector, looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact?
I'm currently working with a growing, forward-thinking business that is looking to bring in an Operations Manager to act as the key link between senior leadership and frontline teams.
This is a pivotal role within the business - ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is confident managing both people and performance.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery across the business while acting as the bridge between directors and operational staff.
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing and supporting operational teams (drivers, site staff, customer teams)
Acting as the main point of contact between directors and the wider team
Driving performance, efficiency, and service delivery
Implementing and improving processes across operations
Supporting with compliance, H&S, and industry regulations
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersAbout You:
Proven experience within waste management, recycling, or FM
Currently operating at Supervisor, Team Leader, or Operations Manager level
Strong people management and leadership skills
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
Commercially aware with a focus on service and performance
