Role Overview
We are seeking qualified and experienced Gas Engineers to maintain and repair heating systems within domestic properties. You’ll ensure heating and hot water systems operate efficiently and safely, carrying out repairs and servicing to high standards while providing excellent customer care.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, technically skilled, and comfortable working independently across varied environments.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out servicing and maintenance work in domestic properties
*
Maintain high levels of customer service when interacting with clients and tenants
*
Provide clear communication and updates regarding progress and additional work requirements
*
Complete documentation accurately (both digitally and manually)
*
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work
*
Follow stock ordering and auditing processes to ensure required parts are available
Skills & Experience Required
*
Valid domestic gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
Proven experience in domestic gas maintenance
*
Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations
*
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
*
Professional and personable communication style
