Hours: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 9:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Industry: Manufacturing / Production (no glass experience required)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy and well‑established manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hard‑working, and eager to develop their skills within a fast‑paced factory environment.
Previous factory experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day production operations on the manufacturing line
Handle materials and assemble components
Operate basic machinery and hand tools (training provided)
Work safely and efficiently to meet daily output targets
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow standard working procedures and health & safety guidelines
Requirements
Previous production or factory experience preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good attention to detail
