Administrator Bedford £28,000–£30,000 - 9:00–17:30 (4 weekdays + Saturday 10:00–17:00)
We are seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to join our client’s well-established and highly successful company based in Bedford.
This is a key Administrator role within the organisation, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of administrative operations as well as dealing directly with clients and business stakeholders.
Key Administrator Responsibilities
- Help oversee the daily administrative functions across the organisation
- Provide support to senior leadership and management teams
- Maintain and improve office systems, procedures, and workflows
- Manage confidential data, documents and records with discretion
- Support budgeting, reporting, and project coordination activities
- Handle correspondence, queries, and stakeholder communications efficiently
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven team player with team building ability
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities – ability to liaise at all levels
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Computer/PC literate with strong typing skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
