Position for a Production Supervisor to join an established and growing company, in hands-on leadership role responsible for a team of 15+ employees.

Any heavy engineering, manufacturing, industrial processing, or similar experience can be considered alongside applicants from the REME / Armed Forces. Experience working with mobile plant in some capacity is desirable but by no means essential.
Established in 2006, this company has doubled its headcount in the last 3 years, operating from 2 processing facilities local to the Thornton area. They offer complete industry specific training, and genuine opportunities for further professional development.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving safe, efficient operations across a busy plant environment, overseeing mobile plant activities and leading a multi-skilled operational team.
Position:
*Production Supervisor
*£40,000 - £40,500 + Overtime + 26days + 10% Pension + 4 X Life Cover
*Hands-on leadership of a team of circa 15+
*Full industry training with progression opportunities
*Double Days, Monday to Friday
Person:
*Production Supervisor / Team Leader
*Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, EfW, Aggregates, Armed Forces or similar background
*Excellent leadership experience
*Previous experience with mobile plant activities desirable
