Our client, a professional services business based in Exeter, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the firm. This is a key on-site role, acting as the operational hub of the business and a first point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming client communications
- Coordinate internal office activity to ensure priorities and actions are managed effectively
- Prepare documentation and support meeting readiness and information flow
- Proactively anticipate team and client needs
- Support workflows and deadlines, enabling delivery teams to focus on core work
- Maintain accurate organisation of client records and documentation
- Liaise closely with delivery teams and Client Portfolio Leads
- Manage and support the Support Team
- Champion process improvement and system optimisation
- Ensure all client interactions reflect a professional, well-managed organisation
