A global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Legal Contracts Negotiator to join its Belfast team on an 8‑month contract, starting April/May.
The role involves negotiating complex commercial and trading documentation, including master agreements and collateral arrangements, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties. You’ll need strong commercial judgment, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high‑volume workload in a fast‑paced environment.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience negotiating commercial and trading documentation
- Degree in law with a strong academic background
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
