Material Handler – CDMO | Swindon (Onsite)
We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse Specialist / Material Handler to join a leading CDMO (Contract Development & Manufacturing Organisation) based in Swindon. This is a great opportunity to work within a highly regulated, fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipt, checking, and storage of incoming materials in line with GMP standards
- Picking, packing, and issuing materials to manufacturing operations
- Accurate completion of all warehouse and inventory documentation
- Maintaining stock levels and supporting inventory control processes
- Use of ERP systems (JDE preferred) for stock management and transactions
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, health & safety, and company procedures
- Supporting audits and inspections as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inspection-ready warehouse environment
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- High attention to detail with strong documentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE preferred), MS Office, and inventory control processes
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
