Studio Assistant (Fashion House) / Warehouse Operations Assistant
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity to work as a Studio Assistant / Fashion Warehouse Operation Assistant for this leading global fashion company based in Central/East London. The Role
- Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes
- Receive stock into systems
- Send stock back to fulfilment centres once product has been imaged
- Palletising stock to and from fulfilment centres
- Unboxing and preparation of products for shooting
- Repacking items after production to get them sent back to fulfilment centres
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
- Maintain an organised and clean working are
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues
- Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Provide administrative support for the studio operations team as required
The Person
- Experience in a studio inbound, outbound, prepping, repacking or production house environment (ideally)
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (ideally)
- Familiarity with Excel, Word etc

- Contract: Freelance / Temporary
- Length of project(s): Ongoing – varying number of days per week
- Daily rate: circa £140 (inclusive of holiday pay)
