How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    CRM.Team is an international consulting and app vendor in the Salesforce ecosystem, based in Bishop’s Stortford, UK.


    Flexpricer® CPQ for Sales Cloud (Agentforce Sales) is the hugely successful, 100% native AppExchange app that automates pricing and product configuration strategies for manufacturing, technology, healthcare and similar businesses using Salesforce CRM.


    Role Overview


    We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative with a passion for technology to engage with those who have demonstrated interest in Flexpricer through multiple channels.


    You'll be responsible for qualifying using a standardised framework to validate before introducing the opportunity to our Account Executive team.


    You’ll work primarily in-person from our office in Bishop's Stortford, building a sales pipeline from international leads.


    You’ll be the ideal candidate if you're aligned with our values: Trust, Respect, Excellence, Action and Teamwork and already have demonstrable experience in an SDR / BDR role.


    You'll enjoy juggling tasks, keeping a smile on your face, owning your results and having the confidence and gravitas to communicate on all levels with prospects that can include Salesforce Administrators, Consultants & Architects as well as Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Head of LOB and business owners.


    Responsibilities


    Whilst not an exhaustive list, you'll enjoy taking responsibility for...


    • Outreach - personally engaging with prospective customers interacting with Flexpricer across marketplace, email, website, social, event, webinar and various other online and offline channels.


    • Engagement - continuously engaging in pipeline generating activity through follow up communications across multiple channels.


    • Qualification - identifying new opportunities and qualifying these for pipeline and AE acceptance.


    • Scheduling - generating productive daily campaigns and triggers to increase contacts made to schedule qualifying calls.


    • Performance - delivering on KPIs with specific focus on number of opportunities accepted into pipeline.


    Ideal Experience & Skills


    • At least 1 year's experience working a SaaS or software company in an SDR or similar role


    • Great ability to relate with and communicate well with others - particularly over email and with online collaboration tools


    • Highly organised and proactive at maintaining a busy workload across a range of lead generation activities


    • Excited to learn more about Salesforce, its trailblazing capabilities, the incredible community and partner ecosystem


    • Technically savvy and inquisitive: our technology is constantly evolving and we're looking for someone who is keen to learn, use and understand all the product’s features to help feed the highest quality prospects into pipeline.


    Personal Development Opportunities


    • CRM.Team is a successful Salesforce ISV and Consulting Partner and there’s plenty of opportunity to learn the Salesforce platform and become certified within this exciting ecosystem.


    • Success in the SDR role can lead to promotion to Senior SDR, BDR or Account Executive, where you would take ownership of regional deal closure from pipeline.
