How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Lead Developer


    We are looking for a hands‑on Lead Developer to take technical ownership within a large transformation programme. The role focuses on designing, building, and integrating scalable and automated solutions across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and middleware platforms.

    You will remain actively involved in development while setting technical standards and guiding solution design across multiple systems. This role suits someone who enjoys owning complex integrations and helping modernise core business platforms.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the technical lead across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and integration platforms
    • Design and build scalable, secure, and well‑structured solutions
    • Develop and customise applications across Salesforce, NetSuite, ITSM platforms, and middleware
    • Build and maintain integrations using APIs and middleware tools
    • Drive automation to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency
    • Define and maintain development standards, best practices, and documentation
    • Collaborate closely with programme managers, business analysts, data teams, and third‑party partners
    • Support platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement


    Technical Skills:

    • Strong hands‑on development experience across multiple platforms, including:
    • Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL)
    • NetSuite (SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow)
    • ITSM platforms (.NET / C#, REST APIs, PowerShell)
    • Solid integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
    • Good working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
    • Experience working in cloud‑based SaaS environments


    Experience & Profile:

    • 8+ years of software development experience, with at least several years in a senior or lead role
    • Proven experience delivering multi‑system integrations and platform modernisation initiatives
    • Comfortable working in fast‑paced transformation environments
    • Strong communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
    • Proactive, quality‑driven, and passionate about automation and continuous improvement
    • 3 days on-site and 2 days remote
    • Key skills are Netsuite and Salesforce
