About the Role
We’re growing our team and are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Risk & Compliance Assistant to join us.
This is an ideal opportunity for a law graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) who is curious about the legal world beyond the traditional path and wants to gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of the legal sector.
You’ll support our Legal & Compliance team while working closely with law firms, helping them manage risk and stay compliant in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting law firms with client onboarding processes
- Assisting with AML and regulatory compliance procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and compliance checks
- Assisting with audits, file reviews, and policy development
- Researching legal and regulatory requirements
- Analysing legal and financial data to support decision-making
- Preparing reports and documentation for internal and client use
What We’re Looking For
- A law graduate (or soon-to-be graduate), or degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, or related field
- Strong interest in regulatory compliance and risk management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and interpret data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with compliance tools or systems is a bonus (not essential)
