How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

    We’re growing our team and are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Risk & Compliance Assistant to join us.


    This is an ideal opportunity for a law graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) who is curious about the legal world beyond the traditional path and wants to gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of the legal sector.


    You’ll support our Legal & Compliance team while working closely with law firms, helping them manage risk and stay compliant in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Supporting law firms with client onboarding processes
    • Assisting with AML and regulatory compliance procedures
    • Conducting risk assessments and compliance checks
    • Assisting with audits, file reviews, and policy development
    • Researching legal and regulatory requirements
    • Analysing legal and financial data to support decision-making
    • Preparing reports and documentation for internal and client use


    What We’re Looking For

    • A law graduate (or soon-to-be graduate), or degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, or related field
    • Strong interest in regulatory compliance and risk management
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and interpret data
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
    • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Familiarity with compliance tools or systems is a bonus (not essential)
