Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer (Supervisory) – Leeds
Up to c.£90,000 + Hybrid Working (2 days office / 3 days home)
A leading, well-established organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer into a supervisory role within its Leeds team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer to step into a leadership position, managing a team of up to 12 lawyers while still maintaining involvement in a high-quality caseload of defence healthcare regulatory matters.
The Role
- Supervising and supporting a team of up to 12 lawyers
- Managing performance, development, and day-to-day team operations
- Handling a smaller caseload of complex healthcare regulatory defence work
- Advising healthcare professionals on regulatory and disciplinary matters
- Playing a key role in maintaining high standards of client service and legal delivery
About You
- Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in healthcare regulatory / professional discipline / defence work
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience (or a clear desire to step into management)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative approach and strong commercial awareness
