• Lead/support incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure statutory compliance (Fire, LEV, Pressure Systems, etc.)
• Support contractor management including RAMS review and permit control
• Maintain SHE documentation in line with Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and promote a strong safety culture
👤 What We’re Looking For
✔ NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
✔ Proven experience in a Health & Safety Advisor or similar role
✔ Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation
✔ Experience with contractor safety, RAMS, and permit systems
✔ Ability to independently manage SHE activities in a dynamic environment
✔ Practical, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset
🌟 Desirable
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, pharma, or regulated environments
• GMP knowledge
• NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) / IOSH membership
• Audit/inspection exposure (HSE, ISO, etc.)
👉 We are specifically looking for a young, dynamic, and driven HSE professional—someone who is eager to step into a growing setup, ready to learn, unlearn, and build from the ground up. If you have the hunger to create, improve, and grow in the right way, this role is for you.
