Our client is a long‑standing recruitment organisation supporting a range of engineering and technical markets. Their Trafford Park office offers modern facilities, on‑site parking and a genuinely supportive culture. Professional standards are high, but the atmosphere is relaxed, collaborative and enjoyable.
They are now seeking a Resourcer to become a central part of the team. This role sits at the operational core of the business, ensuring clients receive a seamless service and that candidate activity is handled with accuracy, pace and care. You’ll be the steady, organised presence that keeps everything moving in a fast‑paced environment where responsiveness is key.
What you’ll be doing
- Attracting talent through job board campaigns and relevant media channels.
- Managing day‑to‑day communication with clients and candidates to maintain a high‑quality service.
- Screening, evaluating and shortlisting candidates to ensure suitability.
- Overseeing the full candidate lifecycle from application to placement.
- Building and nurturing social networks to expand candidate reach.
- Completing reference checks and ensuring all compliance standards are met.
- Coordinating daily schedules, availability and workforce planning.
- Providing essential administrative and operational support to consultants.
