3D Creative Retail Designer
Manchester | Hybrid
£30,000 – £35,000
We’re partnering with a highly regarded creative agency known for designing immersive retail and brand environments, and they’re now looking for a 3D Creative Designer to join their expanding team.
This role is 3D‑led at its core. We’re looking for a designer who is confident developing concepts in three dimensions and translating ideas into compelling spatial experiences for global brands. If your strength lies in visualising space, form and customer journey through 3D design, this is an opportunity to do genuinely standout work.
You’ll work closely with senior creatives, taking projects from early concept through to detailed design intent, helping shape pop‑ups, brand activations and permanent retail environments that connect emotionally with audiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing concept‑driven retail and experiential designs using 3D as the primary creative tool
- Creating immersive spatial environments with a strong understanding of flow, scale and customer journey
- Producing high‑quality 3D visualisations, renders and layouts to clearly communicate creative intent
- Collaborating with creative and technical teams to carry ideas through to build‑ready stages
- Exploring materials, finishes and construction methods to ensure concepts work in real‑world environments
- Presenting 3D ideas clearly and confidently, internally and within the wider creative team
What we’re looking for
- Essential: strong 3D design experience within a creative agency, retail, or experiential environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates 3D‑led spatial and retail design work
- Advanced skills in Cinema 4D (or equivalent 3D software)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn brand narratives into physical spaces
- Experience producing clear design intent documentation
- Confidence developing ideas quickly through sketching and 3D exploration
- A collaborative mindset and passion for crafted, immersive experiences
Bonus skills (not essential): SolidWorks, SketchUp or KeyShot.
If you’re a 3D‑focused designer who thrives on creating immersive brand experiences and wants to work on high‑profile, creatively ambitious projects, this is an excellent next step.
