Lead Generation - Senior Healthcare Analyst
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently working with a growing organisation within the employee benefits sector to support their search for a Senior Healthcare Analyst to join their Lead Generation team to help fuel their sales pipeline.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Hit and exceed targets and KPIs with a results-driven approach
- Record all prospect interactions accurately in the CRM
- Follow call frameworks while maintaining engaging conversations
- Work within compliance guidelines and company processes
- Manage your time effectively, ensuring timely outreach and follow-ups
- Handle multiple leads to maximise sales opportunities
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Bring a strong focus on achieving results
