Reporting into the Senior Employee Relations Manager this Employee Relations Advisor role is a great opportunity offering:

Key Responsibilities Incl. But are not limited to:
- Lead and manage a varied ER caseload (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, flexible working)
- Coach and influence managers to ensure fair, consistent and compliant decision-making
- Advise in line with employment law, internal policy and best practice
- Support complex/high-risk cases and employment tribunal preparation
- Analyse ER data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support organisational change activities (e.g. Restructures, contract changes)
Elevation People & HR team are keen to speak with people that have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience managing ER cases within a busy HR environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident stakeholder management and coaching skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and high-risk situations professionally
- Must have a full clean drivers license and willingness to travel
- CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable)
