Great opportunity for an HR Advisor- Employee Relations in Hertfordshire to join this fabulous organisation on a 12 month ftc. This is a hybrid role so you will need to be in the office 2 days per week.
You will need to have strong experience in complex case management, procedure/guidance development, Trade Union activities and terms an conditions writing. You will be solution focused and have a deep expertise on employment matters and a passion for enabling, evolving and embedding change through effective communication and engagement on all Employee Relations related matters.

- Knowledgeable empathetic, resilient individual with strong ER experience who can successfully communicate, influence and build relationships throughout the business at all levels
- Experience of working in a multi-functional tea providing logical solutions to complex issues
- Coaching and advising on innovative Employee Relations
- Reviewing and implementing contract-related solutions and development of resources to empower employees and managers and in support of a positive ER climate.
You will be practically applying employment legislation knowledge in a business context, demonstrate high levels of integrity, be passionate abut making a difference as well as being commercially astute. You will have robust coaching, facilitation and mediation skills and experience. The role will continue to build, engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including trade Union Representatives. Experience of working with Trade Unions would be advantage.
In return they offer a salary of circa £50,000 plus bonus and benefits and hybrid working.
