How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    This key role sits at the centre of a high-performing, customer-focused business, driving operational excellence across a critical function.


    This company is looking for an experienced and commercially minded leader to take ownership of an end-to-end order management function within a well-established, manufacturing organisation. Operating as a global leader in the design and manufacture of cutting-edge technology, the company has built an outstanding reputation over more than 50 years of innovation and industry excellence.


    This is a senior role reporting directly to the Managing Director, offering both strategic influence and hands-on operational responsibility across multiple product lines, including capital equipment, spare parts, tooling and services. You will have a handful of direct reports, so personable skills will be key.


    You will lead and develop a capable team spanning order processing and logistics, ensuring performance, accountability and continuous improvement are embedded across all activities. Acting as the key escalation point, you will bring clarity and control to complex operational challenges while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and service excellence. Your ability to balance strategic oversight with day-to-day operational awareness will be essential in driving efficiency, managing risk and supporting business growth.


    The role requires a confident communicator who can operate effectively at senior level, using data and insight to inform decisions and influence stakeholders. You will take ownership of KPIs, oversee process optimisation and play a central role in strengthening systems and digital platforms, particularly within SAP S/4HANA.


    A strong understanding of order-to-cash processes within a B2B environment is essential, alongside proven experience managing teams and improving operational performance.

    • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end order management within a B2B environment

    • A track record of driving process improvement, managing KPIs and influencing senior stakeholders
